Holiday Salumi Trio
A perfect stocking stuffer. The Holiday Trio comes with three of Journeyman's most popular salumi chubs all wrapped up in a little burlap sack. Journeyman produces traditional Italian-style dry salumi. Hand-crafted in small batches in Healdsburg, CA.
The first is the Nduja - this is a spicy and spreadable salumi. The Il Pio is a 3rd generation recipe that has been handed down from father to son. The Soppressata is the crown jewel of Journeyman Meat Co.

Our butchery processes orders within two business days. You will receive an email when your order is out for delivery.
Pickup is every Friday from 11-5 PM. You will receive an email when your order is ready to pick up. Please have this email with you to receive your product.
