Liberty Ducks are a strain of Pekin Ducks that are raised in Sonoma County by a 4th generation duck farmer. Sonoma County’s temperate climate allows Liberty Ducks to be raised year-round, on straw litter, in an open environment with a minimum of disruption.

Antibiotic and hormone free, Liberty Ducks are raised on a corn and grains diet. The combination of their diet and rearing style results in the most flavorful duck available in the country today.
