Klingeman Farms' corn-free, soy-free pea and barley-fed pork takes this unctuous cut to new levels. The fat is wondrously clean, and doesn't oxidize or grease out like fat containing corn and soy. Slow cook your Pork Belly to render the fat silky-soft.

The pigs enjoy abundant open living space and fresh water. Hoop houses with fresh straw bedding provide shelter from the elements and predators.
